I. Product Overview:
ZW-UHZ-51S series frost-proof magnetic tumbler level gauge is suitable for measuring liquid level in low temperature medium below 0 C. Frost-proof plate and propylene-based protective film are installed in front of the glass shield of liquid level display. The height of liquid level of cryogenic medium can be clearly observed through the frost-proof plate. It is a special level gauge specially designed for the measurement of liquid level in the special environment of frost fog formation at low temperature. It is manufactured by vacuum isolation principle and applied to the measurement and control of liquid level in the low temperature environment such as refrigerant measurement.
II. Working Principle:
ZW-UHZ-51S series frost-proof magnetic tilting plate level gauge is based on Archimedes theorem. The buoyancy and gravity balance generated by magnetic float in the level gauge float on the liquid surface. When the liquid level in the vessel under test rises and falls, the float in the main pipe of the level gauge rises and falls accordingly. The * magnetic steel in the float flips 180 degrees through the red and white tilting column in the magnetic coupling drive indicator. When the liquid level rises, The turning column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turning column changes from red to white. The actual height of the medium liquid level in the container is at the junction of red and white of the indicator. With the electronic module and transmitter module composed of sensors (magnetic spring switch) and precise electronic components, the output resistance value signal, current value (4-20mA) signal, switch signal and other electrical signals can be transmitted. Thus the perfect combination of field observation and remote liquid level indication, detection, control and recording can be realized.

Classification and application:
1. Inserted magnetic tilting plate level gauge: This level gauge is suitable for measuring and controlling the level of underground tanks and pools.
2. Thermal insulating magnetic turning plate level gauge: The level gauge is a heat insulating jacket installed outside the main body of the basic type to form heat media such as steam. The normal flow of liquid in the main body can be maintained. Therefore, it is suitable for liquid level measurement and control of easily solidified liquids. For low boiling point liquids, refrigerants such as cold water can be introduced to ensure the stability of liquid level. Make the instrument indicate the measured liquid level correctly.
3. Frost-proof magnetic turning plate level gauge: It is a product specially designed by our factory to solve the freezing outside the cryogenic liquid level gauge. Inside the insulation jacket is a vacuum layer. Therefore, it can effectively isolate cold and heat conduction. It ensures that the outside of the main pipe of the level gauge will not freeze or frost. This ensures the normal use of the level gauge.

8. Use and maintenance:
Use:
1. Detailed contents of the supporting instruments and accessories can be found in the corresponding instrument annex instructions.
2. In order to prevent damage caused by floating up and down in the process of long-distance transportation or removing, the magnetic float is absorbed by the corrected magnet steel matched with the level gauge at the outside of the main conduit (with color marking). Therefore, after receiving the product or installation, please remove the corrected magnet steel so that the float can move up and down with the liquid level. If the color of the magnetic flip column is different before use, the instrument can work normally if the corrected magnet steel sucks it up.
3. After the level gauge is installed, it needs to be corrected by magnetic steel, and the magnetic flip column is guided once, so that the display below zero is red and above zero is white.
4. The level gauge can be equipped with heating jacket or electric tracing according to user's needs.
