I. Product Overview:
Rosemount 3051TG/TA pressure transmitter is one of the common products of Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter which has been tested by the power industry for 40 years. Rosemount pressure transmitter can realize the measurement concept of Zui optimization from design to installation, maintenance to operation. Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter has incomparable operation performance, flexible CoPlanarTM platform, and can be upgraded. The performance index of the new Rosemount 3051 transmitter ensures the accuracy and stability under different working conditions.
II. Working Principle:
When Rosemount 3051TG/TA pressure transmitter works, the isolation diaphragm and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling fluid, and then the filling fluid transfers the pressure to the sensing diaphragm in the sensor center. The sensing diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure (for GP gauge pressure transmitter, the atmospheric pressure is the same as that applied to the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). The low pressure side always maintains a reference pressure. The Zui displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 mm), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The capacitive plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm. The difference between the capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted to the corresponding current, voltage or digital HART (high-speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal. It can be communicated on site and remotely through Rosemount 475 hand manipulator.
3. Product application:
It is used to measure the pressure of gases, liquids and vapors, and then convert them into current signal output of 4-20 mADC. They can also communicate with each other through HART375 and 475 hand manipulators, through which they can be set up and monitored.

When static pressure (working pressure) is applied, the two resonant beams with identical shape, size and material have the same deformation, so the frequency changes are the same, so the deviation is automatically eliminated (the formula and figure are similar to the temperature effect).
7. Excellent unidirectional overvoltage characteristics:
When the external pressure increases to a certain value, the liquid-receiving diaphragm can fully contact the body, and the pressure transmitted by silicone oil to the sensor will not increase with the increase of external force, thus achieving the protection of the sensor.

From 0-1.5 psi to 0-4000 psi (from 0-10 to 0-27580 kPa), the reference accuracy is 0.075%, including linearity, hysteresis and repeatability.
The range ratio is 100:1.

Reference accuracy:

The ambient temperature ranges from - 40 F to 185 F (- 40 C to 85 C)
Stability:
For the temperature change of (+ 50 degree F (28 degree C), it reaches (+ 0.125%) URL in 5 years.
Vibration effects:
The influence of resonance frequency is only considered, and other vibration effects are neglected. Under resonance, 15-2000Hz vibration is applied to the pipeline at any angle to the axis of the pipeline. The vibration effect is less than (+0.1%) URL/g.
Power supply impact:
The calibration range/volt is less than (+0.01%).
Installation position impact:
Zero drift can reach 2.5 inH20 (63.5 mmH20), but it can be corrected. There is no range effect.
