Rosemount Hart 475 Manipulator
I. Product Overview:
The new Rosemount Hart 475 is an improved and upgraded version of Hart 375. It supports both the HART protocol and the fieldbus protocol. It is universal, reliable, portable, intrinsically safe and easy to upgrade. These features will quickly make Rosemount 475 a new standard.
Technical characteristics:
1. Rosemount Hart 475 is a new standard for handheld devices. It is a new generation of communicators based on the application experience of Rosemount 275 Hart communicator and Rosemount 375 Hart communicator for more than 20 years and the further needs of users.
2. Following the successful application of Rosemount 375 HART communicator, Emerson Process Management has introduced a new Rosemount 475 field communicator, which supports both HART and fieldbus communication protocols. It has the characteristics of universal, reliable, portable, intrinsically safe and easy to upgrade. These features will quickly make Rosemount 475 a new standard.
3. At present, more than 200 equipment suppliers provide more than 600 HART and FF fieldbus equipment protocols. Rosemount 475 hand manipulators support Emerson's PlantWeb plant management and control network technology, and combine 17 years to provide HART users with on-site experience in configuring and maintaining their instruments and valves. The powerful field bus branch diagnostic function of Rosemount 475 is based on Emerson's extensive experience of thousands of field bus devices worldwide.
3. Main characteristics:
Generality:
Rosemount Hart 475 Hand Operator supports all HART < and FOUNDATION Fieldbus devices. In addition, there is ample room for your future development. Users can download the latest version of HART and FOUNDATION fieldbus from the Internet to upgrade the Rosemount 475 in-situ.
Safety:
Rosemount Hart 475 is the only field operator that meets all intrinsic safety requirements. Including ATEX-compliant, CENELEC, FM, CSA and FISCO.
Firm and reliable:
That's one reason why he's called a'hand-held device'. Some work must also be performed on equipment. Rosemount 475 Hand Operator is specially designed for harsh working conditions in factories. Connect with AMS interface: Rosemount 475 hand manipulator can connect with AMS equipment management software interface. The configuration data of HART instruments and valves are transmitted between the equipment management software and the hand operater.
