High Temperature Fireproof Control Cable
I. Overview of Cables:
High temperature fire-resistant control cables are suitable for signal detection in high temperature environment with AC rated voltage of 300/500 or less. Especially suitable for fire protection and security system protection circuit control and power transmission line.

3. Use characteristics:
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 450/750V;
2. Maximum operating temperature: flame retardant PVC insulation and sheath 70 ~105 ~C;
Fluoroplastics insulation and sheath at 200 C and 260 C;
The insulation temperature of crosslinked polyethylene is 90 C.
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin 70 C;
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant crosslinked polyolefins at 90 ~125 ~C.
3. Minimum ambient temperature: flame retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath fixed laying - 40 C, non-fixed laying - 15 C;
Fluoroplastics insulation and sheath fixed laying - 60 C, non-fixed laying - 20 C;
4. Fire resistance
According to IEC 331, flame temperature 750 C, combustion time 3h, cooling time 12h, additional rated voltage, additional 3A current
According to GB12666.6-A, flame temperature 950-1000 C, combustion time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current
According to GB12666.6-B, flame temperature 750-800 C, combustion time 90 min, additional rated voltage 3A current
5. Installation and laying temperature of cable should not be lower than 0 and fluoroplastic sheathed cable should not be lower than - 25 C.
6. The recommended permissible bending radius for laying: non-armoured cables should be no less than 6 times of cable outer diameter, armoured cables should be no less than 12 times of cable outer diameter, and fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables should be no less than 8 times of cable outer diameter.

Delivery Length of High Temperature Fireproof Control Cable:
Cables are generally no less than 100 meters, allowing short-term delivery of more than 50 meters, not more than 10% of the total length of delivery; measurement error is less than 50. If there is a special request, the supplier and the demander can negotiate separately.
